Defective/Damaged Orders

Once we have received your video footage and all other relevant information, we will carefully review it to decide whether to accept or reject your return request. You can expect a response from us within 24 hours of sending your email. If your return is approved, you will receive a unique return number and detailed instructions on the proper procedure for returning the item.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could send us the product along with the provided return number within 7 days of receiving the confirmation email. Please note that the return process will no longer be valid after this period. Once we receive the product, our dedicated team will initiate the refund process within 48 business hours. Alternatively, if you opt for a replacement, we will ensure that an intact product is sent to you promptly.

Change of Mind
